The bottle ‘vvvsystem’ was planned to preserve the flavour and the quality of each product contained in it. Unlike the traditional vacuum-seal systems (like the ‘bag’), vvvsystem is recyclable and has a triple function: 1)it keeps the product always fresh also after days from opening. Making the whole air flow away from the container, a perfect vacuum-seal is guaranteed at each use; 2) it maximizes the space in the fridge. Indeed, to a gradual consume of the product corresponds also a gradual reshaping of the package; 3) it is an item with an enormous potential. Indeed, not being sealed and having a cork to lock it, it can be reused several times and its functionality makes it suitable for the retail of loose products. In the storage of liquid foodstuffs, vvvsystem would represent a revolutionary and innovative solution apt to improve the quality of the product and to maximize the space in the fridge or in the food cupboard. In particular, in the sale of products like ready-cooked soups and vegetable purées, vvvsystem lets the firms sell them in bigger packages, guaranteeing the quality of the product after days from opening. In the sale of fruit juices, the vacuum system would avoid the flavor dissipation and would let the producer reduce the preservative quantity. In the sale of fizzy drinks like Coke or sparkling water, the bottle vvvvsystem would never leave the gas to escape. In the matter of wine, it would let the flavor maintain also after months from opening. It could be n excellent container for both detergent for use in washing machines and washing-up liquid too. In this case, this innovative system would be helpful: 1) to maximize the storage space. If we use 2 litres of a normal washing powder box of 3 litres capacity, the package will take up the same space as if it was full but using ‘vvvsystem’, the box will take up just the space of 1 litre. 2) Moreover, always more often, the firms sell loose products. In this specific case, making the whole air flow away from the bottle, the container would take up just a few centimetres and the transport of an empty bottle (to refill on tap) would be easier. Among various solutions, the most suitable material to produce vvvsystem, is plastic. In the cycle of industrial production, the best solution is represented by a mold in which the bottle would be shaped. The firm that chooses to allocate its own product with the bottle vvvsystem would have the enormous advantage of launching on the market an innovative and low price article and would always guarantee fresh products to the end user also after days from opening. In order to make you give an estimate of the metal mold, I’m planning some 2- and 3-D designs. The cork is a traditional plastic cork with a non-return valve. I’m the only inventor and owner of 'vvvsystem' project. My legal protection is in an international deposit of SIAE.
