Biography:

Pellegrino Cucciniello is an industrial designer and digital craftsman specializing in 3D  printing and digital fabrication. As a designer, he worked for design firms where he developed products for many Italian and international brands. He worked in set design for TV&Cinema productions. He specialized in digital fabrication, using tools such as 3D printers, laser cutting and CNC milling machines for prototyping, small productions, exhibitions, sculptures, works of art, furniture and unique pieces. Today he offers design and consulting services,while as a digital craftsman, he realizes personal projects using 3D modeling applied to new production and manufacturing techniques.

Big size low poly sculpture                                                                                                    The big format Folding Pets 3D sculptures are colorfulanimals revisited in low poly style. The choice of the faceted surfaces is not only aesthetic but above all effective for the structural scheme. They are obtained starting from a 2D material, to wich a special algorithm is applied, that generates the joints for the assembly. New custom figures can be designed and created upon request; they are made of sheets of plastic material, lightweight, durable and can be placed both indoors and outdoors.
