SUDLAB is a g-local non-profit research and development center dealing with contemporary arts and new communication and information technologies that are applied to culture; open space becomes more and more structured on a cluster of sectorial websites, throughout physical space and projects that are being implemented both in Italy and abroad.

Thanks to its open system, which is cooperative and accessible, network participation also allows us to overcome disabling barriers, such as a lack of resources, infrastructures, capacity building and externalities. The strategic and operational objectives of SUDLAB represent a paradigmatic leap that is in line with the principles and processes of the information company where creative content becomes crucial; thanks to the native use of ICT when designing local development projects that are sustainable as well as actions of internationalization.
DUSTODESIGN is a Made in Italy spin off dedicated to production and communication of state of the art Italian Design. DUSTODESIGN projects are realized by innovative, talented designers in cooperation with skilled craftsmen so to guarantee to our customers high standard formal execution, best materials and durability. The spin off is a result of SUDLAB Community of Practice field experiment and allow young designers to interact with master craftsmen, contemporary art artists, technicians and ict experts.
