THE STUDIO

Studio-Lani's creative process is driven by Conceptual Curiosity, Handcrafted Craftsmanship and a strong appreciation for her West African Heritage. Blurring the lines between Art and Design, Studio-Lani creates functional sculptures, with a unique identity and a contemporary sensibility.

Studio-Lani has been invited to participate in various International design shows and has also been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Design Milk, Azure, Dwell, Vogue Magazine, The Globe & Mail, Luxury Canada, Design Indaba and Core 77 amongst other publications. Studio-Lani won the Furniture category for Wanted Design's Launch Pad in New York City for her 'Talking Tables Collection'. And her 'Sisi Eko' floor lamp recently received the Silver Award at the European product design awards competition. Her work was also featured in Rising Talents - 'Salone Satellite' during Milan Design Week.

THE FOUNDER

Lani Adeoye was selected by Dwell Magazine in 2017, for its annual list of 'Young Guns - New Designers Making Waves'. Prior to moving to New York and studying at Parsons - 'The New School', Lani spent time in Management & IT Consulting, working with Fortune Global 100 clients following her graduation from McGill University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

Her versatility as a designer is a testament to her eclectic roots and diverse life experiences, having lived in four major cities, namely Lagos, Montreal, Toronto and New York. Lani is a strong believer in the power of design as a tool to solve problems, empower communities and positively impact our livelihood. Lani enjoys collaborating on design projects at various scales and she welcomes a creative challenge!
