The famous Livingstone table turns 15!
Happy birthday, Livingstone!
It’s been 15 years since Giulio Mancini designed for Tonellidesign the now well-known tempered glass table.
The Livingstone appeared for the first time at the Milan fair, arousing immediate interest and curiosity. It is, in fact, one of the first extendable glass tables able to accommodate the necessities of any space and home.
The clean and essential features allow Livingstone to fit with natural elegance into a kitchen, a living area but also an office, shaping in a unique way and with its own strong but not invasive personality all spaces and adapting itself with balance to different styles, from the more classic and traditional ones to the more innovative and experimental.
Livingstone knows how to get noticed, but always discretely and with taste.
Practical, modern and of design: a space saving solution, functional and useful.
Available in different finishes, chroming and coverings.
Its main feature is the patented flap mechanism, that lifts the glass leaves.
A table of extremely high performance that keeps astonishing, passing of years notwithstanding. Indeed, it just passed again with success the testing of resistance, duration and safety required by the severe norm UNI EN 12521 at the Cosmob laboratory.
