Pop

The ceramic multiverse by Sartoria balanced between past and future

The Terratinta Group brand makes a comeback for 70s style with a captivating collection ready to delight the public with an innovative aesthetic charge.

A hymn to the '70s, a wink to that culture that broke the mould and for this reason is still rich in fascination and memories. These are some of the characteristics of Pop, the brand new and extrovert ceramic collection by Sartoria, one of the Terratinta Group's brands, which for years has accustomed the public to original proposals full of creative enthusiasm. A glance, a blink of an eye and Pop turns into a time machine that catapults the spectator back half a century to a time when styles, materials and technologies represented a triptych in constant symbiosis.

Return to a past... future
Amidst bell-bottoms, music tapes, Lego and rebellion against classical tradition, Pop moves with the nonchalance of one who looks to the past without losing sight of the future in which we will live. If design is creation, the new Sartoria collection launches itself into a multiverse, to use a cinematic term in which parallel worlds are a reality, where the enchantment lies in the reinterpretation of factors. In doing so, through the use of white-body ceramic, Pop acts on two sizes, a 6.2x25 cm rectangular strip and a 10x10 cm square, both available in flat and three-dimensional versions. This duality opens up an infinite range of possibilities that not only create unique spaces but also reshape surface features by playing with textures and geometries in a versatile and innovative way. Space then is given to aesthetic fun, to dynamism that leaves behind the boredom of the one-dimensional.

A vibrant world of colours and dimensions
Boredom thus becomes a distant memory with a collection that invites the public to engage, to take an active part in the creative process where colour contrasts and dimensional synaesthesia between smooth surfaces and sudden relief surfaces find a sensory multiplier in the glossy surface whose ex-traordinary shine gives Pop additional movement, making it a living canvas that captures and reflects light. A spell that is amplified by a versatile colour palette. 9 shades ranging from pastel tones such as Milk, Aqua Green and Old Rose, to neutrals such as Pearl and Avio Blue, to the saturated accents of Ochre, Earth, Moss and Black. This range of colours offers countless customisation possibilities, allowing Pop to harmoniously adapt to any environment and style.

A modern vintage
Every room, from the bathroom to the kitchen via the bedroom, every context, from contract to resi-dential, is overwhelmed by this sort of timeless vintage that dances with the hands of the clock.  Timeless and surprisingly contemporary, the Pop collection is an invitation to explore, to create spaces that tell unique stories through changing shapes, colours and finishes. An emotional rollercoaster for an endless sensory adventure. Enjoy the journey!

Terratinta Group Srl SB
Founded in 2017, Terratinta Group Srl SB is a company that designs, creates and distributes designer ceramic products, with its four brands Terratinta Ceramiche, Ceramica Magica, Sartoria, and Micro. In a very competitive sector, the Group distributes high-end Italian products in more than 50 countries worldwide. The 60,000-square-metre headquarters in Fiorano Modenese, divided between offices, showrooms and recreational spaces, responds to the most contemporary business needs, contributing to projecting the brand towards a future of innovation, sustainability and concreteness. In 2019, Terratinta Group launched the Change Project, an ethical and strategic choice to transform the Group into a completely zero-impact company through three actions: Plastic Free, Green Energy and Paper Decrease.

Also since 2019, the company has been Carbon Neutral, thanks to the reduction of atmospheric emissions and dedicated balancing measures to 'zero out' carbon dioxide emissions. In 2020 it became a Benefit Company, joining a group of enterprises that have chosen to distinguish themselves through a virtuous and innovative legal form. Becoming a Benefit Company led first of all to the modification of the Articles of Association, intending to give a new direction to the Group's activities not only for the present but also for the future, a lasting commitment that is part of the Company's DNA. In 2022, the company obtained B Corp Certification. In 2023, Terratinta Group became part of the Italcer Group.
