Francesco Castiglione Morelli was born in Florence in 1963. After artistic studies he is attracted by creative subjects on which he becomes very keen. He gains very different experiences: from fashion to photography, from comics to cartoon cinema. He attends Architecture Faculty in Rome and he gives himself up to design, with enthusiasm. He wins several prizes and he participates to a lot of contests. In 1993 he moved to Milan in order to collaborate in continuative way with SMH corporate as design advisor for Swatch brand. In parallel with this work, he carries out free profession carreer for leader firms in furniture, lighting and household items sectors, designing original projects and solutions. At present he lives and works in Milan, where he is professional designer and Art Director at CASTIGLIONE MORELLI DES!GN studio, in which works a valuable team. He also carries out occupation as professor in design subject and in last years he widens his field devoting himself to convenience electronic apparatus. Since 2005 his studio is design and development advisor for new EPSON printers.
