The project as a necessity, as the summary of invention, creativity and social culture, the project as the profession of living. CarusoD'AngeliStudio works in the field of Design, offering its clients advice and services concerning product development, graphic design and visual identity, advertising, creative direction, coordination and setting up events, exhibitions and competitions, copywriting and naming. Ivo Caruso (Avellino, 1984) and Alessandro D'Angeli (Rome, !985) trained themselves at the Industrial Design Degree Course, First Faculty of Architecture “Ludovico Quaroni”, Sapienza University of Rome, in the professional design studio Lenci Design and in R&D offices of companies as Slamp and Unopiù. In 2009 they took a Master Degree in Industrial Design. Ivo Caruso is copy editor of the bimonthly magazine Design for Made in Italy, which is attached to DIID (Disegno Industriale-Industrial Design) and is internationally distributed. He is internal employee at Studiomartino.5 (Rome) as an industrial designer. Since2010, he is tutor at the University of Rome, Industrial Design Master Degree Course. In 2006 Alessandro D’Angeli took part to the Advanced Training Course concerning "Process and Product Innovation". Since 2009 he is the creative director, with additional duties of publisher and author, of Il Barone Games Ltd. (Rome). In 2007 Ivo Caruso and Alessandro D’Angeli began their collaboration in coordinating the organizational staff for the exhibition Sea Style Design, in collaboration with the SUN Fair in Rimini. Since 2008 they are the creators, coordinators and creative directors of SUNLAB: FOR A CREATIVE OUTDOOR, a laboratory for experimentation about outdoor design issues. Together they develop new products and communication projects for various Italian companies. Their works received many mentions and publications.
