LORENZO SUSINI

Lorenzo Susini is born in Florence in 1984 where he lives and works. He graduated in Industrial Design in 2010 in Florence. His degree thesis regarded the urban design: “The platform roof for public transport as system services”. During last academic year he collaborated with Leonardo Bua Architect’s Studio in Florence where he designed wood furniture. Then he collaborated with SpaceStudio for 3 months in September 2010 where he was in charge of interior design and furniture for private clients. He started a new collaboration with Batoni’s Studio in Colle Val d’Elsa in December 2010. Here he was in charge of product design (bathroom furniture, chairs, bookcases, taps, beds, handles, tables …) and stand design for companies partecipating at Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan and at Cersaie in Bologna. In Batoni’s Studio he developed the concept of new products from the idea to the presentation to customers through the use of 2D and 3D software and postproduction software. This collaboration finished in January 2012 and he started to work as a freelance.
