FLORIANA PASTORE

Influenced by art history, hand-drawing and painting Floriana's approach to design aims to give emotions to people through objects. "Furniture should be more than a common object. It should communicate its purpose with its own sense of personality and identity."

Floriana earned a Bachelor degree in Product Design at Florence University and a Master degree in Industrial Design at Milan Polytechnic.

Specialized in developing new concepts and engineering furniture, home products and interiors; Floriana has worked for several design studios and companies in Florence and in Milan, so far as an interior designer for Cassina Interiors.

As an independent designer Floriana has received prizes throughout Italy for her products, which have been exhibited in art galleries, design fairs and museums.
