Architect Simonetto Vellucci

Graduated in Architecture at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome in 1993, after practicing a profession, it is dedicated to finding balance between form and material, placing the base of the creations the simple harmony of geometrical figures. Triangle, square, circle: a harmonious juxtaposition of shapes and matter, where the marble coldness meets the warm tranquility of wood for buildings and functionally rational objects.

The design philosophy

Balance between form and matter, through the Golden Section, placing the base of the creations, simple harmony of geometrical figures. Contrast the Triangle to Circle, rational figures, antagonistic and primordial. The first, perfection manifests, the essential, pure, with the minimum of sides encloses an area. The second, imperceptible presence of perfection, infinity of sides, introduces a dimension unknown to us.
