Herbarium taste is a collection of knowledge and information to eat. The aim of this project is to inform people about the nutritive values and health benefits of food, in an easy and effective way. Thecnical drawings and pop-up events are the instruments to turn this project into an experience. Every week a new subject, each one collected and presented as a contemporary Herbarium. In this way people can get knowledge by smelling, tasting and eating it!
