Baobab Baobab, floor lamp with base in wood or metal. Base height 200cm diameter 50 / 90cm. The idea stems from a sentence by the master Munari "the tree is the very slow explosion of a seed" and from the charm of the baobab, a particular tree, minimal and majestic at the same time and reminiscent of a true upward explosion. The two versions, one with a hood (a single piece, made up of resins and kneaded leaves) and the other formed by the same thread of the lamp recall the baobab tree with the "trunk", the base of the lamp, which is independent, almost it served only as a support, as if waiting to sprout. Furthermore the version with the thread makes each lamp different and unique.
