The Shanghai table designed by Pietro Arosio for EmmeBi is a clear homage to China and one of its oldest and most popular games with its easy and clean shape, but with a strong emotional styling. The tubular legs are not perpendicular to the ground and to the top, but they are inclined, they split, they overlap like the sticks of the famous game. The working process of the top is also something unique: it is in aged fir, with grains and knots which give to Shanghai the character of a craftmade piece.
