These two buildings for residential use have a parametric cost which is definitely lower than 1.000 €/sq.m, they are located in a residential district of the first belt of the "inter-city" of Trieste. The buildings are constructed according to technological innovation and energy conservation in an extreme eco-sustainable perspective on the one hand, the integration in a context and the answer to current housing needs of the first urban outskirts on the other hand. It is a new three-level building and the extension of an existing building which is extended for 200 cu.m according to the Regional Law 19/2009 (Piano Casa).
