The building is an old home for the elderly and used for years in a state of decay. The original system given by the central body of the factory took place over the years to alterations incoherent and incomplete which have distorted the image. The transformation into a luxury hotel with restaurant and lounge bar downstairs look from the design point of view, to restore the original layout through the destruction of all superfluous volumes and aggregates over time around the central core and keeping the volume acquired, it regenerates a modern architecture that wraps around three sides and accentuates the layers of history.
