In order to make better use of the 250 sqare meter space of an old warehouse, the idea for an ample size coffee shop was born and they called it Diletta Cafe’.
The cafe’ is composed of the main entrance, where one can find the bar counter in ebony and black glass, and three rooms surrounding it.
There is a small room with upholstered bean-bag chairs and low tables in frosted glass, a dining area for exclusive lunches with padded leather chairs and a large room with tables and chairs in light oak and wengè wood. This is all shielded from the bar area with two “veiled” intertwining walls.
A delightful play on space between curtains, veils, flower pots, pillars and different level ceilings made in plaster have allowed the Cafe’ to divide its several zones and therefore perfect its attractiveness.
Together with the use of warm color tones like moka and several degrees of red, in contrast with ivory tonalities that can be found on the walls and the industrial style floors, grant the space a rather atypical harmony and a glamour to an industrial building such as this.
