A kitchen tool designed for all users that have the proper functioning of one hand or one limb. Designed as a security system for cutting food, this chopping board exploits latent behaviors which broaden the audience to various categories, from the youngest to the oldest. Two overlapping surfaces that slide in one direction allow to use the force of the body to trap the food that can then be cut with only one limb. It is a system that does not preclude the use to people without disabilities, also representing a secure and accurate way to cut your food as you wish.
