The tree and the spatial mesh ecological island The new Despar is thought of as a living organism, inserted into the environment. It compares with sustainability, virtuous activating reactions with the surrounding environment, resulting in a recognizable language disclosable and technological content, characterizing the operation. The result is a "place" dynamic, climatic funzionabile like a great machine. The evolution of the project resulted in a '"ecological island" in order to insert the new supermarket of the future, in a landscape, using the best energy-saving technologies. Innovation and eco-friendliness were the project's guidelines. From the ground comes the new form, a "sail", a spatial lattice, while rises, goes to wrap a container glazed low emissivity. Structurally, the roof is supported by pillars shaped like a tree, the symbol of the company. It consists of many triangular panels zinc-titanium prepatinated, in different shades of green. The overall sign that comes out is extremely light. The materials used are: zinc - titanium cover plates, the wooden floor to the steel support structure, the low-emissivity glass with a gap for the facade. In the back you can set up a 'play area teaching, which provides advice on energy saving. Finally, the new despar affects the rigor of its volume and the geometry gleaning vitreous cover, easily controlled, in short, a 'synthetic image sharp and well ricoscibile.
