The house has been built in the '40s, but clearly came from innovative minds, able to look far. This is why I don't modify it too much: I focus on floors, fixtures, plumbing and electrical systems, they need to be renewed. I underline the call to the living room with a sloping gray wall, accompanying the heart of the house. And with a few windows on the stairs I open a channel of "vocal" communication. Surprisingly we find a false ceiling in brick hollow tiles hanging from rafters concrete!
