Lab 110 offers detached and semidetached houses in old little towns often with medieval origins in Central and Northern Italy, in the fascinating and natural context of the National Parks. Our buildings have very definidef features, rural origins and are built with structural stones. The renovation is respectful of th old local building tradition, original frameworks, traditional materials, in order to recognize and keep the features of local architecture. The buildings are deeply bound to the local building tradition, yet the expressive language is contemporary: their simple original shapes have been changed through colours, new parts – which have been completed with complementary but natural materials -, new and modern interiors juxtaposed to the rough original façades.
